Position: SMB Account Manager
Job Description
Triad Telecom is seeking telecom sales representatives to focus on small and medium business accounts (typically 100 users or less). This role will require lead generation via sales efforts to include outbound calling, prospect visits, and other creative sales strategies.

Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and cultivate new client relationships
• Promote Triad Telecom products and services
• Complete extensive outbound calling and emails to customer prospects
• Log all sales activities and prospect interaction within CRM
• Set and attend face to face appointments with customer prospects
• Attend industry pertinent training and networking events
• Manage and report customer prospect pipeline

Required Experience
• 2 to 4 years minimum sales experience
• Basic telecommunications knowledge

• Valid NC driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Home office conducive to daily sales functions

Job Location
• Teleworker positions are available in the following markets: Greensboro, NC, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC

This is a full-time position
