General FAQ
- Triad Telecom is a local and long distance phone service that uses high-speed Internet access (broadband) combined with voice technology to provide quality, reliable and cost-effective calling solutions. Plus, Triad Telecom includes over 25 advanced and basic calling features most people have to pay extra to receive with their current local service provider.
What is Triad Telecom?
- VoIP stands for "Voice over IP" or "Voice over Internet Protocol." VoIP is a method for taking analog audio signals, like the kind you hear when you talk on the phone, and turning them into digital data that can be transmitted over the Internet for less money. Triad Telecom VoIP has high quality, reliable connections and more features than many traditional phone service offerings.
What is VOIP?
- Broadband is a communication network in which the bandwidth can be divided and shared by multiple simultaneous signals (voice, data, video). The network can carry multiple signals by dividing the total capacity of the medium into multiple, independent bandwidth channels. Now, with Triad Telecom, a broadband connection makes it possible to make and receive phone calls using your high-speed Internet connection.
