International:
Triad Telecom has some of the most competitive international calling rates available. Rates vary depending on the country in question. Contact your account manager for more information.
What rate plans does Triad Telecom offer?
- No. Calls to cellular phones outside of the US and Canada are not included in any plan. International rates for the specific locations will apply.
Are calls to international cell phones included in the unlimited plans?
- The US includes the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you exceed your usage on the basic plan you will be charged 5¢ per minute for calls to the 48 contiguous states.
What is considered the US for rate plans?
- With Triad Telecom broadband phone you can call anywhere in the world at great low rates. Contact your account manager for an updated list of international rates.
What are the rates to other countries?
- A residential customer can have an unlimited amount of phone numbers for an additional $5.00/month per virtual number.
How many numbers total can a residential customer have?
- With Triad Telecom there is no limit to the numbers you can have for your business. For each additional plan you add, you will be billed at that rate. You can also have as many virtual numbers as you like. Virtual numbers ring your main line and only cost an additional $5.00/month per virtual number.
How many numbers can a business customer have?
- If you call your Triad Telecom voicemail from your Triad Telecom phone there are no charges, no matter what calling plan you are on, and it does not count against your available minutes. If you call your Triad Telecom voicemail from another phone, there are no charges on your Triad Telecom bill. In this case, you may incur charges for the outgoing call on the phone you used to dial your Triad Telecom number.
Are there charges for calling Triad Telecom voicemail?
- No, fax and voice calls will not typically work over the same line. We recommend our iFAX solution to meet all of your faxing needs.
I have the Unlimited Business Plan, will this line work for fax and regular voice calls?
- All plans include call waiting, call forwarding, call return, block anonymous caller, music on hold, all voicemail features, and directory assistance ($1.00 per call).
